i have installed anope and get this upon ./services
/anope-1.9.0-p1-source/src]# ./services
Warning: unable to open log file services.log: No such file or directory
but if i loo the file is present
HELP

Did you follow the instructions to install Anope?

(If so, why are you in the src dir)
