I'm sorry if this has already been resolved, I looked it up on google, but couldn't find anything.

The only thing I saw before Services quit (not actually shutting down) is
Global: from services.server.net: PANIC! buffer = :Rip` PRIVMSG Services :help
--
where Rip is a user.
I'm aslo running NeoStats, but I don't think that has anything to do with it

PRIVMSG Services :help - im a bit puzzled as to why that is your buffer, since it isnt a valid message (i dont think)

on a side note, could you try would all those 3rd modules loaded?

Actually I don't know what it was, but it's not showing that error anymore. And since I don't know what caused it, I can't test it either. Sorry for the bother, when I have clear info I'll post it again.
on a side note, I noticed that Anope ping times out rather too often. I've checked with my provider, but they say it's not on their side, and I'm also running Neostats on the same shell, and it never ping timesout. Is something wrong?
