Hi all

I'm having issues running the windows build for anope 1.9.1p1 - tested on two systems

Running anope on Windows Server 2003 x64, and Windows Server 2008 R2 results in a error dialog box that says:

"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

Running on the command line results in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Anope\bin>anope.exe
The system cannot execute the specified program.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Anope\bin>

System error log reveals a bit:

Soruce: SideBySide

Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.DebugCRT could not be found and Last Error was The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft.VC90.DebugCRT. Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

Generate Activation Context failed for C:\Program Files (x86)\Anope\bin\anope.exe. Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

VC9 runtimes are installed on both systems, and anope's old 1.9.1 build works perfectly fine.

Guessing it's a bad build. Anyone wanna toss a fix? :)

Oh, yeah, that is probably my bad, I must've built the Windows build with the Debug profile instead of the Release profile.  I'll recompile it tonight and get it to chaz to put up on Sourceforge.

UPDATE: I have re-compiled the Windows version of Anope 1.9.1-p1 to use the Release profile, chaz has uploaded it to Sourceforge, so re-download the installer and try again.
