Anope 1.7.14 and UnrealIRCd's "local" channels

Hi
In the chanelog on sourceforge for anope 17.14, there is a fix to prevent registration of UnrealIRCd's "local" channels. But i didn't knew that there exitst local channels on unreal. can you tell me how to create them?

Unreal local channels are like so #channel:servername.tld

I won't get into the techincal details of how it is supposed to work
