Compile the services, choose the option for Unreal when it prompts you to select which IRCd you'll be hooking Anope to then read example.conf and formulate a config file for your configuration.
Right now your question is very ambiguous; most of the standard install procedure is covered in the
FAQ as well as the documentation that comes within the Anope tarball itself. I suggest taking a look at that, attempting to follow it and come back if you have any more specific questions after attempting to get your set up working.
