Register channel and use the registering users nickserv password.

What im looking for is a module where you can register a channel and not have to use a password. I would like it to authenticate the user and founder from the nickserv registration.

I really doubt this can be done. At least in the 1.8 branch as Chanserv relies on a separate authentication from nickserv for command access. This is for the users safety. Without a separate authentication users can simply hack channel owners nick and have full founder level access. As-is a hacker would fail providing the founder NickServ password is different than their channel password.
