Is it possible to get a hostmask like nick.mynetwork.com when you identify with nickserv and change the usermode to +x?

The only way that would work is if using a module. At present Anope does not provide this feature in the main package.

I believe although i may be wrong but this might be the module you're looking for:
http://www.anope.org/modules/hs_autohost.c

Also there might be the possibilty of an IRCd module to check if +r is set on a user then when +x is set set that vhost.

That was kind of what I was looking for, but that module changes the host direcly when the user identify with nickserv, I wanted that the users have to make them selfe use mode +x to get the host. :/

In which case if it has to be when you use +x then it has to be an IRCd module.
