Hello guys,
I wonder if I could get some help with this problem.
Yesterday, I installed the module os_sysuptime.c and the installation went fine, but when I should try to use it, it wouldn't work at all.
I guess I was right when I used the following command to get the info: !sysuptime.
If that was wrong please correct me. ;)
Thanks.

if you are referring to the one currently on the modules site, the only command it supports is /os sysuptime ... and even that will not work on all systems (doesn't work on mine) ...
-
Hello viper,
Yes, it was that command I used that not didn't work.
-
you mean it says "±OperServ± Module unable to get system uptime" ? ... i think that s cause it s OS specific and the module can't find it for your OS or default settings have changed or so..

Hi Viper,
here is the message I get whe I do /os modload c_sysuptime
[10:09pm] -OperServ- Module unable to get system uptime
-
[10:09pm] -OperServ- Unable to load module os_sysuptime
-
which OS are you using. like Viper said it will be OS Specific

Hello Tom,
I'm using XP Home Edition w/service-pack 2.
-
did you compile the module yourself cause as far as i know there is no precompiled version of this module available... (you can't load a .c, you need a .dll) ...
and actually don't even bother, cause the module most likely doesn't work on windows :) .. i only see code for linux systems.
-
it definately doesnt work on windows.
-
Oh sorry, did you mean what OS I run my network on? If that was what you needed to know so is that FreeBSD 5.0. ;)
-
iirc os_sysuptime doesn't work on freebsd. At least I never got it to work.
