Title: Anope translation

Hello
I am french and I have begin to translate some parts of anope which are still in English like wallops or logs report in the services channel
I also translated some modules and I modified the language file fr.l

I would like to know if I can have the right to make function this version on my servers and to put it on an website for download
I would put the URL of sources of course :)
I never saw completely translated version of anope and I prefer to ask if it's authorized

Providing you follow the gpl ( http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html - french translation: http://fsffrance.org/gpl/gpl-fr.fr.html ) you are free to do as you wish.  

On a side note, you could always submit the changes back to dev at anope.org for including in future anope releases.
