« on: August 05, 2006, 05:39:48 AM »

Hi all i am running WS2003 with unreal anope... everything is good but for one thing... For some reason i cant hole a connection with services for nothing this what i get

-irc.*****.com- *** Notice -- (link) Link irc.*****.com -> services.*****.com[@192.168.1.1.1827] established
--irc.*****.com- *** Notice -- Possible negative TS split at link services.*****.com (1154751464 - 1154751465 = -1)
-
--irc.*****.com- *** Notice -- Link services.*****.com -> irc.*****.com is now synced [secs: -1 recv: 2.437 sent: 4.735]

thats when i start up services and then with in about 2 mins of services running i get this

-irc.*****.com- Lost connection to services.*****.com[192.168.1.1]:Connection reset by peer

i have even also tryed srvany.exe and firedaemon thinking when i close out remote desktop connrction because that is what i use to get into the box that it was shutting down services but it happens when i am in still in there too... So if anyone knows what is wrong please reply and thank you for your time have a great day

Well if youre the only person using the server you could connect Anope to your IRCd through 127.0.0.1 instead. Just a suggestion.

In the link block change the host the link block expects Anope to connect from to 127.0.0.1 and change the host that Anope attempts to connect to to 127.0.0.1
