RU:Âîçìîæíî ëè ïîñòàâèòü ChanServ íà ñâîé êàíàë, êàê îáû÷íîãî ïîëüçîâàòåëÿ, ÷òîáû îí âñå âðåìÿ ñèäåë òàì, êàê áîò.  îäíîé èç ñåòåé ÿ âèäåë òàêîå, îáðàùàòüñÿ ïðîùå.
En:Can I enable that ChanServ has join my channel, regular user, like a 'ChanServ' bot?
p.s I'm russian, and bad speak on English ...

can I download a module that allows joins ChanServ by typping command into OperServ or ChanServ etc. ?
ex: chanserv always joins #services..
for Windows only

dont think there is a module that does that. you would have to make your own
