aliases and ns_access
« on: July 14, 2006, 10:02:27 AM »

Hi

Sorry i have two question:
- I have included the anope.conf in the unrealircd.conf. But /ns or /nickserv don't work When i login as Oper so he say not a failer. When i make /nickservs the server say "NICKSERVS Unknown command" But on /ns and /nickserv he make nothing. Why this? The file is includet.

- ns_access: Can i disable it? I Can delete in service.conf but its allready active. When i login with mirc he dont say i have 60 seconds for identify (set kill on). When i delete the entry on access he say me i have 60 seconds to identify. Can i disable this that the services givs all 60 seconds with set kill on so that the services ignore the ns_access?

Thank you very mutch for help.

PS. When does anope write the db with the new nicks? all 5 minutes?

Great

Mark

Mark,

Look at "services-server" in unrealircd.conf - That will probably fix your problem for /ns /nickserv etc

To enable kill (60 secs) for all use NSDefKill in services.conf - but this will only affect NEW nicks.

i have make this. But the Problem is this:
A User test1 registred. So. Now he set set kill on (with mirc).
When test1 login with mirc, the server don't say you have 60 seconds because the access list. When he login with java the server say it. So i want that this is at all Users. So that the server don't take the entry on access list.

Just remove it from the NickCoreModules line, don't delete the module itself. It should be fine I guess.
