[Jul 14 01:25:12 2006] Attempting to load V3 HS Database
[Jul 14 01:25:12 2006] Databases loaded
[Jul 14 01:25:12 2006] FATAL: Can't connect to server: Address already in use

I get this in my log can someone please help me asap.
