Hi,

Get rid of ssl, and autoconnect from the linkblock.

Rehash your ircd.

Try services again

HOWEVER, from that error, it appears services is already there ...

Closer (actual me reading it) inspection shows you are using 1.6.4 with unreal3.2 which isn't directly supported although some people make it work.

I'd suggest you use 1.7.14 with it.

Your current conf is "fairly" OK, although you will need to add the CoreModules list from the new conf. - It would be easier to start afresh. The feature set in 1.7.14 is much better too..
