For the past 2 months, I've had this problem with anope. I join a registered channel, that is empty, and the services server would remove the modes that botserv/chanserv would set:

[06:28:33p] •›› Mode : (services.dldtk-irc.net) sets mode: -o (TRAiNER4)
[06:28:33p] •›› Join : RetroHertz (RH@dldtk-irc.net) has joined. «2 people»
[06:28:33p] •›› Mode : (RetroHertz) sets mode: +ao (RetroHertz RetroHertz)
[06:28:34p] •›› Mode : (RetroHertz) sets mode: +v-o (TRAiNER4 TRAiNER4)

I don't understand why it would do this... anyways, this is on an Unreal3.2.5 network with anope-1.7.14 (1023)
EDIT: All the U:Lines are correct, and it still does it.. help please =/
