ChanServ Probs

Hi all I just have mable a simple question for some people here but none of my staff can help me nor do they know what is causing my problems and I have asked in alot of places. I will explain my problem below and my system specs.

Well I just recently upgraded from anope 1.6 to 1.7 I had no problem during the upgrade and I also switched to a new server. Which is running redhat distro centos. With UnrealIrcd 3.2. I am linked with 4 other servers which they all use my services that is my this is improtant. I don't want to give out my security info. :P You know why.... All of my .bd backups worked when I booted it and now after a week or so chanserv wants to start acting up. On certian chan when I or any one changes a chan mode ops some one or even changes that chan topic it well reverses everything, Even when I have superadmin.... I have no clue why this is going on so hopefuly some on here can provide some help.

Also, If you would like to see for yourself irc.behemothnet.net That will take you to a random server.

Thanks All!

Have you tried restarting services? Also, make sure you're servers at time sync'd, and that ulines exist on all servers.
