hey 'guys i seem to have a bit of a problem with anope 1.7.74
ive done everything neccessary to make it operational ive done my services.conf put it in the right place and download the msvcr71.dll but when i double click on anope*exe it flashes a cmd promt screen and quickly disappears ive check the running applications menu nothing is there help?
im running it with Unreal and under windows XP pro SP2
