It does work, just stating that something doesn't function is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
-[23:20]- -NickServ- Your nickname is now being changed to TestNetFail18473
-[23:20]- * LEthaLity is now known as TestNetFail18473

Firstly, you need NSDefKill enabled, or to /ns set kill on, also, NickServ will not "Guest" nick you if your host is stored in the access list, so you need to make sure /ns access list is clear.

is your host in /ns access list ? You wont have your nick changed if it is.
And do you actually have NSDefNone #. ? If so comment it out

and I still have no idea whether you've done /ns access list yet. Seriously do it, if you have anything there, /ns access del *blah@*.myhost.com, then /ns logout, /nick blah, then change back to original nick and dont identify..

Existing nicks will need to delete the access hosts. For new nicks you can stop it saving their host by commenting NSAddAccessOnReg.
There's no quick way of deleting all of the existing nicknames hosts.
