Hey guys!

Help and FAQ didnt really help me with my problem. I am trying to add my forums users to the anope (1.8.3 debian linux) user db. It is not working as i hoped or not at all ;) Am i doing anything wrong or is it not possible to add new users for example my "just" enter them to the mysql db?

Anope stable doesn't read from the mysql databases, it only writes to them. So anything you put in its mysql database will just get over-written on its next update.

Thnak you.

Well i was trying to make the best out of it and just use the db to display a list of rooms. The only problem i run into is to find the user count - how many users are in the room.

Is there a way to get the user count from the db aswell?

it doesnt store what channels users are in afaik, denora is more suited to this kind of thing.
