Hi guys

Just a small problem with BS.

We have a script written for giving warnings that look like this:
/bs act # warns $$1  [Issued by $me $+ ] | /bs say #monitor $me warned $$1

Now there are 3 of us that are root. All oper'd. All identified. When we do the warning, it only works correctly for one of us. The other 2 get -BotServ- Access denied for the second part of the script (/bs say #monitor $me warned $$1).

If i turn SuperAdmin on, it works correctly, but not without it. The one person that it does work for does not have SuperAdmin turned on to do it.

Hope someone can make sense out of that.

I assume the one that it works for has access in #monitor, whereas the other 2 do not. Root doesn't automatically let you do commands in channels you don't have access for, superadmin, obviously does as it overrides everything.

Check if they have chanserv access in there, and give them the level required to use SAY, it's 5 by default.

I just checked the access list for #monitor and it is empty, so no that one person has no difference in there than the other 2 :S

are they the founder of the channel (registered it), Founders don't appear in access list
