Windows and Linux
« on: October 26, 2008, 03:15:48 PM »

Hello!

Recently, I updated to Anope-1.7.24. But, I downloaded it onto my Linux hosting service. And, when I download the example.conf from there, it's all messed up. So, I want to know, is the Linux and Windows conf the same? And, if not, can someone paste it on a pastebin (For Linux) so I can do it and transfer it over?

Thanks,

Best Regards,

The config is the same but depending upon how you transferred it it might have different line endings.

some windows editors may not handle the unix format correctly.. use an editor like notepad++
