If is normally if one Identify has done and then does again identify with a wrong password (all the same from which create) the Anope writes: [16:30]-NickServ-You are already announced.!!!

Should not stand there rather NickServ-wrong passport word

If a person identified a nick successfully and give the identify command again, whether his password is correct or not, it doesn't matter. Services will give "You are already identified" because he is already identified the first time using his correct password.

I found it comically with Icq a wrong password gives again, therefore it is struck.
