I have all the config set up, all ready to go.. when i try running anope.exe

i get this

How I fix it?

Ok, I fixed that error.
Now when i open anope.exe it just opens a CMD bat file. then waits like 2 secs, then closes it off. Any help?

Where are the Logs kept?

could you tell me how you fixed it?
Because I have the same issuel here
