chan mode +r probs

hi ppls
i've a curios problem. i run unreal3.2.4 && anope 1.7.13
i registered a chan, an there's no +nrt visible. when the chan is empty, and somebody joins.. he get +o (yes... even unregistered ppls get +o)
someone knows this problem?

If your not getting +r, its almost certainly your ulines are wrong :(

If +r isnt setting, im sorry but there not. (seriosuly, we get about 2 or 3 people per day join #anope, insist that there ulines are correct, but there not getting +r, im still yet to see one case where they were actaully correct :/ )

For each ircd you have, can you do:

/stats U server.name  

And can you paste the ServerName line from services.conf ?

hey, I have the same ircd/services configuration. Maybe I could help. So, I`ve never got such problems, because my U-lines are set correctly indeed i suppose ;). Heres the check:
(assuming that you`re the netadmin)
1. Disconnect your services with SQUIT server command or via OperServ SHUTDOWN one.
2. Make sure you OPER up (get your snomasks).
3. Start your services and listen to the server`s notices carefully: if your u:lines are set properly, you`ll get something like this:

[21:48:33] [primary.OpeNet.org]: *** Notice -- (link) Link primary.OpeNet.org -> services.OpeNet.org[@127.0.0.1.33918] established
[21:48:33] [primary.OpeNet.org]: *** Permanent Global Q:line added for NickServ on Tue Feb 28 18:48:33 2006 GMT (from services.OpeNet.org: Reserved for services)
and etc. for all the services` pseudo clients.
If you got that - your U-line is set properly and if not - I have no clue whats the problem is, sorry.

Dont put services server its in own ulined servers section - i so hope that makes sense.

UlineServers "neostats.it-communinet.de services.it-communinet.de"

should be:

UlineServers "neostats.it-communinet.de"

If that still dosnt work, can you actaully do the /stats U command, as that will show us what the ircd is actually using, not what the config tells it to use.

ok, i check it out, and tell u what happens :D

PS: i thouht, that is it possible to autovoice ALL users with /cs levels set #chan autovoice 0
but it's only for registered users, istn't it?

Stats U will help.
I suggested you the alternate way because I had some glitches with this. But now my services` U-Line shows up well.

-1 is all users, 0 is all registered users.

It is possible to autovoice all users, altho im at a loss as to why ;)

If you have problems with +r/-r then check /tsctl alltime. I wanna bet your clocks are not synced. also check the services, I don't think they are included in /tsct lalltime.
