I've been wondering for a while why channel halfops cannot add vops, but are able to delete them. why's that?

edit: btw i use 1.7.14 if that info is needed

cause halfops has to low access to do that maybe? :)

Hi,

You have spotted a bug in the xOP system. It is not present when using Access Levels.

I have reported this bug on the bugzilla.

Update: I've duplicated this bug and have reported my findings to the coders. It will be investigated shortly.
