Ok, the error :
Read error from server: Connection reset by peer
is resoled.

The error :
[Jun 05 18:35:05 2006] Read error from server: Broken pipe
persist !!!

when I am on the server... I test :

/msg nickserv register mypassword address@host.com

>nickserv< register mypassword address@host.com
--- nickserv :No such nick/channel

Thanks

do they even link at all or do you get that error when starting services ?
if they link for a while and then split i guess it s a bad route or a socket problem, if they don't even fully link my guess it s a link block problem, check ips passes and ports
