Title: 3 questions: changin~g chanmodes, changing nicks, changing modes

Hellow,

My questions are this:
1) When a user join an empty chan which is not registered, the services must set +nt, how to do this?
2) When a user use a nick that is registered by someone else, i want that his nick change to guest????
3) Now its ~ & @ % +, i want to change that to @ + (~ & % falls away)

1. The ircd does this, not anope
2. Look for NSDefKill and remove NSAccessOnReg
