Title: /msg OperServ EXCEPTION ADD doesn't work

I try to add IP address to the exception list but doesn't work. Is exception works only on hosts ?

I added like this:
/os EXCEPTION ADD +0 70.56.118.8 20 Reason
/os EXCEPTION ADD +0 @70.56.118.8 20 Reason
/os EXCEPTION ADD +0 *70.56.118.8 20 Reason
/os EXCEPTION ADD +0 *70.56.118.* 20 Reason

None of these worked
