Title: Starting Problem anope

I have the following problem.

services.conf:246: Warning: unterminated double-quoted string
services.conf: CSAccessMax missing
services.conf: CSAutokickMax missing
services.conf: CSAutokickReason missing
services.conf: CSInhabit missing
services.conf: CSListMax missing
services.conf: BSBadWordsMax missing
services.conf: BSMinUsers missing
services.conf: BSKeepData missing
Every UserKey must be different. It's for YOUR safety! Remember that!

so , I can't start Anope.exe.
Please, Help me with this

Set up that settings that your pasted part of the log claims not to have set properly. also check in your services.conf line 246. there you possibly haven't set up something correctly, seems you opened a quote but did not close it like "thats the quote
but you missed the closing  --> " <--   ;)

And try to understand the last line of your current quote.

All I told you is also told by the logentry you pasted. Just for my understanding (you do not need to answer): Did you ask here, because you have a guess how to solve that problem and want to proof it by professionals or did you just not understand the log or anything else? Currently I'm a bit ill tempered because I do not understand why sometimes some people ask questions that are answered in their question (or just by little thinking logically)... and I want to become a cooler mind. I won't repress that; thanks for helping me by answering that question :D.
