Hello.
   any of person register nick on server, so i want auto set kill on , because we have webchat setup and users dont understand commands, so any solution ?

Enable NSDefKill in services.conf This will only apply to registrations done AFTER you make the change. All other nicks will need to be enabled manually. /ns set kill on

Problem is that our users using webchat nobody knows in background irc network, that's why i want auto enable thing
