make nickserv change nicks when not identifyed

how can i make nickserv change a users nick, if they didnt identify, insted of telling them to turn on kill. it can be already on.

from your services.conf, enable this two:
NSDefSecure
NSDefKill

next reload/restart, but note that, it will only effect newly registered nick name(s) only

NickServ will not change nicks that are connected from a host in the users access list.
