Title: Anope-1.7.18 und Windows Server 2003

hallo

ich habe anope installiert und die services.conf erstellt und bearbeitet aber beim starten kommt immer:

c:\Anope\anope.exe diese anwendung konnte  nicht gestartet werden weil die anwendungskonfiguration nicht ordnungsgemäß ist zur proplembehebung sollten sie die
anwendung neu installieren

habe ich zichmal gemacht
dann las ich was von anope.exe.manifest ändern hab ich auch gemacht genauso wie es da beschrieben ist
