so my google fu is failing me on this one.
Problem:
when a user who is aop/sop'd in multiple channels joins them on connect they are only op'd in the first channel they join and in all subsequent channels joined at connect they are not op'd at all.
Is this a known issue and where can I find a solution if there is one (google search terms are welcome)?
