Title: question with chanserv / operonly

Is there any way to configure this so that the users set as founder can access chanserv but only an oper can register the channel?

I'd like to be able to register certain channels for friends and let them have control over their own room, but i dont want every person who logs in to be able to register a room just for the sake of registering a room.

if this isnt an option yet, maybe it could be added in the future? module perhaps?
