basically EVENT_BOT_FANTASY just to work with ChanServ instead :) because i am working on a few things just to see what i can do and it can save me extra work

We don't even support chanserv being in a channel, so adding an event only usable if you do something unsupported won't happen.... Adding it yourself if you need it shouldn't be too hard ;)

well i can make it into a very small module. when i find the time. im just experimenting with stuff
