Anope wont start

Hi,
I'm Running windows xp sp2, unrealircd 3.2.4 and anope 1.7.14.1023.
Anope Just wont start.
Just shows black window that appears for a second, then disappears.
I even tried running it from command console (cmd).
It just comes back to the writing.

Help?

Check your services.conf again
What does the log tell's?

okay, the logs says the module unreal32 doesnt exsist
the dll of the module is there. i dont know what the problem is.

Have you setup a configuration file at all? How did you install Anope?

If the log is complaining about the unreal32 module not existing, its almost certainly something to do with the version of the .NET framework you have and the version the pre-compiled exe was built against... i dont know any details tho :/
