It would be a nice feature to be able to specify what the content of the emails sent to users as part of the 2 part registration system.

A .conf configuration is probably not the best idea as it could be long. Perhaps a .txt file? And if the .txt file is not present, it sends the default message that anope currently sends

it would be very useful
if you want to add somethings..like informations about your network
and to correct some mistakes =|
