working on it....

i have a new version ready with several serious bugs fixed and support for plexus3 added, but because the anope function anope_cmd_svspart doesn't seem to be working on unrealircd for me i ve delayed publishing it for now. don't know whether this affects plexus or so as well.

updated version released, but SVSPART will not work untill Anope-1.7.18 is released... unless you would use the SVN version containing the fix, when it s released.
