Hi
I have a big problem.. How can i make this services in the Unreal IRCD i have no idear

Compile the services, choose the option for Unreal when it prompts you to select which IRCd you'll be hooking Anope to then read example.conf and formulate a config file for your configuration.

Right now your question is very ambiguous; most of the standard install procedure is covered in the FAQ (http://www.anope.org/faq.php) as well as the documentation that comes within the Anope tarball itself.  I suggest taking a look at that, attempting to follow it and come back if you have any more specific questions after attempting to get your set up working.
