how do you remove a channel ban ?

as in banned channel

/chanserv clear #channel bans

as on Anope-1.7.14 :p

If you are talking about forbidden channels I believe it's /chanserv drop #channel

Normally the command "UNBAN" is used to remove a specific ban. So /msg chanserv unban <#channel> <banmask>.
