Title: Inspircd DCC -> allow to everyone

Hello guys. I use Inspircd 1.1 + Anope 1.8
Does anybody know how I can allow to anybody dcc file sending? I tried to unload m_dccallow module but it didn't help - the same error appeared - "You are not permitted to send private messages to this user".
Does anybody know something about it?

But when I get IRC Oper, I can send any files to anybody and anybody can send to me..

Unload m_restrictmsg.

Also, you may have more luck in the future posting on their forums. :)
