Title: error connecting services

i get this message after doing /connect services
* *** Notice -- Unauthorized server connection attempt from [user@localhost]: No entry for servername irc.site.org
* *** Notice -- ERROR :from services.ubuntu[unknown@127.0.0.1] -- Closing Link: localhost (Invalid servername.)
* *** Notice -- Server services.ubuntu[unknown@127.0.0.1] closed the connection
* *** Notice -- services had been connected for 0 days,  0:00:00

i get this message only if services are hosted in the same machine as server, but if i connect them from outside all works.
What can be?

" Closing Link: localhost (Invalid servername.)" <-- says it all

and in any case, services should connect to the ircd, not vice versa, so the /connect s not really needed. if you start services they ll automatically connect to the server in the configuration

try using 127.0.0.1 instead of "localhost"

ok problem solved .I have some more questions :

- how can i rehash configuration file?
- there is a bot that logs discussions?( little less off topic)

rehash: on irc /msg operserv reload

and logging s not something i d let services take care of, but i guess it is possible, i m not sure whether a module for it exists though
