First of all I'd tell your computer that it's not april, nor the 19th. ;P

Secondly, the information in RemoteServer and ServerName do not match the link block for services in the unrealircd.conf

He told you where to fill the right things in 'RemoteServer' in 'services.conf' has to match one of the 'listen' blocks in 'unrealircd.conf'.

You're getting exactly the same, which means they're still not matching.

Paste your link and listen blocks from unrealircd, and your RemoteServer and ServerName from services.conf.

1. Please read above they have pointed to your errors for

[Dec 01 15:53:44 2006] Read error from server: No such file or directory (error num: 2)

2. Paste your unrealircd.conf and services.conf files so we can look at them

First, don't post your whole .conf file. Post only what your are asked to post.
Second, you don't have a LINK block for your services.yournetwork.tld *
Third, you don't have a proper U:LINE's

By Looking at your configuration file(s), i humbly point out this suggestions for you(r)/network.
1st: Use a proper name for your server.name (server.name @unrealircd.conf)
example: irc.yournetwork.tld

2nd: On your listen blocks, try using your localhost IP's instead of localhost.
example: listen 127.0.0.1 "6667"

3rd: listen *:8067;
instead of the wildcards, try using the specific IP (usefull/recommended on a paid shell)

4th: At present (by looking at your geek stats) use the link maker provided by the Anope Dev's Heinz i.e: http://www.anope.org/~heinz/ilm.php?p=lm

5th: See step 4 and follow/used the U:Line's

6th: awww! put include "aliases/anope.conf" anywhere on the unrealircd.conf

7th: Make sure you have ircd motd and rules files.

8th. Search and look
set {
network-name "127.0.0.1";
default-server "127.0.0.1";
services-server "127.0.0.1";
on your unrealircd.conf

change network-name on step 1

9th:  Here we are ... step 9... xD...
change-
default-server "127.0.0.1";
to
default-server "irc.yourserver.tld";

and....

//see step 1
//example: irc.yournetwork.com;

10th: set {
network-name "127.0.0.1";
default-server "127.0.0.1";
services-server "127.0.0.1";
stats-server "127.0.0.1";
help-channel "#Help";
hiddenhost-prefix "Para";
/* prefix-quit "no"; */
/* Cloak keys should be the same at all servers on the network.
* They are used for generating masked hosts and should be kept secret.
* The keys should be 3 random strings of 5-100 characters
* (10-20 chars is just fine) and must consist of lowcase (a-z),
* upcase (A-Z) and digits (0-9) [see first key example].
*/
cloak-keys {
"aoAr1HnR6gl3sJ7hVz4Zb7x4YwpW";
"aoAr1HnR6gl3sJ7hVz4Zb7x4Ywpq";
"aoAr1HnR6gl3sJ7hVz4Zb7x4Ywpg";
};
/* on-oper host */
hosts {
local "locop.PaRanOiD-SitE.net";
global "global.PaRanOiD-SitE.net";
coadmin "coadmin.PaRanOiD-SitE.net";
admin "admin.PaRanOiD-SitE.net";
servicesadmin "csops.PaRanOiD-SitE.net";
netadmin "netadmin.PaRanOiD-SitE.net";
host-on-oper-up "no";
};

RemoteServer 127.0.0.1 6667 "test"

i recommende'd you changed that too sevicres.yourserver.tld  port "password"

add this to your services.conf. This is an optional feature, but i'm sure you'd like this feature or services.
LogChannel "#services"

9th Step: NetworkName "127.0.0.1"
instead of that....
change the network name to "Your-Network"

10th: SAVE IT

Restart the file. etc .. and if not still working, i'd suggest you joined the unrealircd offiicial channel or join #anope or #unrealircd @ Anope.org ....

good luck... and a can of beers to all the dev/sups @anope.org.....

I suggest you start all over again and READ the example, not just fill in stuff you THINK goes there. Slow down .. your getting in a hurry.

I lost count of the number of places where the config asked for a NAME and you gave it a NUMBER.

ServerNAME means just that a name .. not 127.0.0.1 same with network-NAME

I can't stress it enough, READ and UNDERSTAND the config.

If you look in your IRCd logs/messages you will see the cause of the problem. Probably soemthing to do with your link block now.
