Title: ATTENTION WINDOWS USERS - We need some help testing a new installer.

If you run Anope on Windows on a production network on 1.7.19, please take a moment to contact me chaz@anope.org and request our 'new style' installer.

We are moving towards an NSIS (Nullsoft) based installer and need your help to test it out.

As always, take a back up first, and thank you for your time and help in advance.
