Help me! SuperAdmin doesn't work.

I'm using anope 1.7.21, with the same configuration file of my old anope. But when a ServicesAdm,in try to set superadmin on, Operserv reply: "Access denied". In my anope only Root can set SuperAdmin, but config file is not changed. Please someone can help me?

That's an intended change, if you would like Services Admins to be able to use superadmin too I would suggest you look for a module on http://modules.anope.org
