Nickserv cert

Ok i had just started to use anope-1.9.8 for my needs because it supports certificate login . But when i am using /msg nickserv help cert it is saying that there is no help over that command . I want also to mention that ns_cert in nickserv.example.conf which is included in the services.conf is not commented out . Thanks in advance :D

SSL certificates are supported by:

- charybdis
- inspircd 1.2
- inspircd 2.0
- plexus

ns_cert is automatically unloading on IRCds that do not support it.
