Title: a module to change permissions of os umode to SAS

Hi, i tried to solve the problem with OS UMODE restriction on SAS access, but i can't, can someone make a module to change the restrictions or there some way to use /OS UMODE (on anope1.8) being a SAS and not a Ser Root.
