Title: Nick Collision

I have to usually start Anope twice.... once it gives me the fatal loop error, with nick collision on Chanserv, then the second time it starts fine....weird... any ideas? And the crontab script deletes the pid file evertime.. is there a fix for that?

Actually it's 1.9.1-pl I'm running... 1.8 is even worse, I tried downgrading..sigh..

Did you just update to 1.9.1-p1 from 1.9.0? 1.9.0 had a bug with the bot.db that would cause that, delete bot.db.
