problems Anope 1.7.13 MySQL

hello I have problem with with the anope for win32 configures it for the mysql but he/she gives me problem you say you that he lacks these modules autoop.db, good os_info.db so that he/she sees him I put the errors thank you here for their help greetings unix.

here he/she has the whole problem you excuse me if my English doesn't understand it is that I am using a translator I speak Spanish for that reason they excuse the bothersome one I will thank him all its help thank you Unix.

As I understand it, the windows version of anope does not support MySQL. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I'm pretty sure I read that in some docs somewhere.

The windows version of anope does support mysql, the error above looks like the ircd is not listening on the ip/port that services are using.
