like as unreal 3.2 : ./Config -nointro -quick

you can't. ./Config is like 5 questions long. If you haven't the patience for 5 questions, you haven't the patience to run an irc network.

Why on earth would you go to that trouble for one installation.

As for default answers, theyre already provided. Most Anope setups I do I just press Enter a few times until it's done.
